You can request deletion of your personal information associated with TECHNO AI, operated by Techno Power Bangladesh, using the form below or by email.
1. What can be deleted
- Account information
- Profile information
- Connected integration information
- Messages/conversation data where applicable
- Workspace-related personal information where applicable
2. How to request deletion
Alternatively, email info@ai.technopower.com.bd with the subject "TECHNO AI Data Deletion Request", including your name, email address and workspace.
Requests will be reviewed and processed according to applicable legal and contractual requirements. We may need to verify your identity, and some records (such as payment records) may be retained where required by law.
3. Meta User Data Deletion
If you interacted with TECHNO AI through Meta-connected services (Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp), you may request deletion of your associated data through this page. You can also remove the app from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
4. Confirmation
After you submit a request, you will see a confirmation on this page. We will contact you at the email address provided once your request has been processed.
